Work close to home in Tullamarine | Attractive salary circa $100,000 package Commence your next challenge as soon as you're able on a permanent basis Join a leading business in a busy environment among a supportive team Position Description Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager, and working among a supportive team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of employee timesheets Processing payroll for 500 employees Processing new starters and terminations Interpreting various EBA's and awards Calculations of payroll tax, superannuation and work cover Providing accurate information in a timely manner in response to employee queries Additional duties to assist the payroll team Candidate Profile The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Payroll Officer role as well as the following attributes: A passion for completing timely and accurate payroll Willingness to learn and desire to grow with the business Self motivated and can-do mindset Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude Strong attention to detail and positive working approach Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as collaboratively among a team environment About the Client Our client is a well-established and highly respected organisation with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand.
